Stars baby names sparkle with wonder, myth, and the night sky''s quiet magic. They suit parents who want a name with a little celestial story behind it, whether pulled from astronomy, constellations, or ancient starlit legend.

Try Altair, an Arabic name also carried by a star of the first magnitude in the Eagle constellation. Alhena is Arabic for ''a ring'' and a star in Gemini, a lovely pick for twin families. Alcyone is a Greek myth name tied to a bright star in the Pleiades cluster. Andromeda, literally a galaxy and a Greek princess, means ''ruler of men.'' Arcelia, Spanish for ''treasure'' and ''altar of heaven,'' holds cosmic warmth.

Stars baby names pair beautifully with grounded middles like Rose, James, or Mae, for a blend of dreamy and steady.
