Marvolo: The name Marvolo may be mixed up with Malvolio, which means "ill will" in Italian.
Millicent: Millicent Bulstrode in the Harry Potter series was a villainess.

Remus: The name Remus sounds like a brand, the world leader in sport exhausts.
Voldemort: A bigoted psychopath, you have to avoid this name.
Xenophilius: Your little baby named Xenaphilius will have trouble to spell it out and correct the pronunciation.
